How do I heat my food up?

Reheating-We do the leg work – shop, prep, and cook. Your food is always made from scratch within 24 hours of designated pick up time. Our recommendation is to keep them in the refrigerator for up to 5  days or freeze.

Remember, your food is already cooked. You can use a microwave, stovetop or conventional oven to heat foods that need heating, but always keep in mind you just want to heat it through.  Any more than that and you run the risk of overcooking. Some suggestions:

  • Microwave – On high for 1 minute; check for doneness. If it needs more heat, throw it back in for 20 second intervals until fully warmed. Your food is done the instant it’s heated through.
  • Oven – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove food from your container onto oven safe pan.  Heat for appx 12-14 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
