Worked my butt off!

Rocky Alexander Highest weight 363lbs Surgery Weight 328lbs Current Weight 235lbs.  A longtime dieter who had tried every plan out there, yo-yo-ing in the process, said nothing stuck. All of which got harder as I got older, as well as more complicated as I had to deal with serious health issues including Type II diabetes and borderline high blood pressure. A longtime cook, I started a Facebook page in 2010 called Rock’s Kitchen which now has over 30k followers, many of whom have followed my weight loss journey and my foray into healthier cooking. The group has become a support group for those, like me, who have undergone surgery and are looking to change their ways. I am proud of the community that has been built.  In 2018 I decided to turn my passion into my career.  The goal is to have RK as a household name in the bariatric world.
