April Already: Time to eat more fruits and veggies. Try one of our fresh pressed juices when you pick up your meal prep this week. You can pre-order it to be ready for you at time of pick up. Did you know you can add side salads for your meals also? No single fruit or vegetable can provide all of the nutrients your body needs, a variety of produce can ward off a host of diseases. That makes the salad a superb choice for getting your veggies in and getting lean by eating clean.

Now that you’ve had a full three months to settle into the year, it’s time to have a reality check with yourself: are you still on the bandwagon? Hanging on by a pinky? Or are you waving, miles away, admitting defeat? It’s OK if you had a slip up, but now it’s time to re-center your attention on your diet. A simple way to jump start your springtime health goals is to increase your daily and weekly servings of non-starchy vegetables and fresh fruits. These types of fruits and vegetables provide fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals, and when you consume five servings, you’re doing a solid for your digestive system. 

We know life is hectic, so don’t forget, we also offer breakfasts, snacks or family meals as an option. 

We have 3 options for you.
– individual meal
– large protein option
– family style (feeds 4-5 people)

 Pick up available Saturday 2pm-7pm, Sunday 11am-5pm,  and Monday 11am-7pm. Please specify when ordering which day works for you.
