I sought out Facebook communities for support and information, while in a Facebook group I happened upon Rocky Alexander who told me about his personal journey and vision for a community of support. I found it to be a nonjudgmental place that I could get advice from as well. He’s turned this Facebook page into a place that is dedicated to support ,education, recipe sharing, accountability. This page, community, man has contributed to my and many others continued success and I’m honored to call him my friend and my brother
