HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Choose your your meals.

Check out the new weekly menu available to view each Tuesday. Add your desired meals to your cart and click Checkout. Minimum of 3 meals must be purchased. You can also add any of our Regular Menu items to this order and we will have them ready with your Meal Prep order. Choose pick up or delivery. Please specify which day you would like pick up or delivery in special instructions.

The deadline for all orders is Friday 7pm. Orders in by the deadline will be ready for pick up or delivery Saturday after 2pm, Sunday 11am-5pm or Monday 11am-7pm.

Step 2: Schedule your pickup or delivery.

We all know how busy life can be. The last thing you need is to worry about how you are going to get your food for the week. We offer a couple of options to simplify this for you!

When you are checking out, you can choose between picking up your meals or where you are having them delivered. You are able to pick one of these options for either Saturday, Sunday or Monday. We offer the option to pick up from our kitchen in Stony Point, NY for free. There is a fee to have the meals delivered directly to your home.  For Delivery please call and give address when ordering, or online in special instructions add your address. Rockland ($5) Orange ($10), Westchester and Bergen Counties ($15).

Step 3: Enjoy your meals and stay on track!

Everyone wants to eat healthy, but no one has the time to cook, and too often we end up in the drive through lane. Our affordable meals take the guesswork out of eating healthy. Our staff of chefs perfectly portion out each meal with the utmost importance placed on food quality and presentation, as well as nutritional value. Your meals come in microwave safe containers and delivered refrigerated to keep them fresh. Our meals are guaranteed to stay fresh in your refrigerator for five days. Heat them up in the microwave for 2 minutes with the top sealed and your meal is ready to eat! Or you can freeze them to heat and eat another time.
