Rocky Alexander has been there for me and 1000’s like me who have had or are contemplating bariatric surgery. From the recipes in Rocks kitchen to the essentials of exercise in RK Boot Camp to the safe haven of the RK Living Room, this has changed my life.. helping to salvage it in so many ways. Rocky was there for me the day of my surgery, has opened his home and his heart with love and support that is very rare.
I began my journey at 286 and was sleeved in January 2016 at 236 and am now 140.
I couldn’t have come this far without what Rocky has built for us. Thank you Rocky for all you have done and continue to do for this community. Ever so grateful to you. You’re a blessing to us all
