We will have you feeling lean by eating clean all summer long. Rock’s Kitchen Meal Prep Meals and Meals to go take all the guess work out of eating clean. We give you a high protein, high fiber, low carb meal, portioned under 400 calories.

We know life is hectic, so don’t forget, we also offer breakfasts, snacks or family meals as an option. 

We have 3 options for you.
– individual meal
– large protein option
– family style (feeds 4-5 people)

*Large Protein, Special Requests or Substitutions please place orders by Thursday.* Substitution/Request Fees may apply.

 Pick up available Saturday 2pm-7pm, Sunday 11am-5pm,  and Monday 11am-7pm. Please specify when ordering which day works for you.
