The Challenge is a Colorful Choice

We are finally seeing the beautiful colors of spring.

Spread more color and be a “Busy Bee” by putting the “petal” to the metal and color your plates this week.  

The thing about posting a pic of your recipe is, no one gets to taste it. So the only information anyone gets is how it looks. When you’re dining out and your plate is put in front of you, before the smell even hits your nose you see whats in front of you and decide how yummy it looks. That’s why presentation is so important, because style points count in our brains.

Colors and contrast are something to always keep in mind when plating a dish. Contrasting colors really make a dish stand out. Show us your most colorful dish using ingredients of your own choice.
