While on your journey I think its important to have a sense of humor and learn to smile. I can recall my smile and my joy getting bigger and bigger as I saw the number on the scale get smaller and smaller. These are the moments where you want to embrace that, even chase that. Enjoy the journey, don’t stress over stalls or worry about someone else’s journey. You can only control yours.
Once you’ve done that sit back and enjoy the new style that comes along with the new you. No longer are you trapped in one specific store. You have the entire mall as your playground.
